On 1 and 2 February, the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) Youth Forum took place in New York. United Nations Secretary-General Ban-ki Moon opened the session by welcoming the __ youth from around the world who attended. This year’s theme, Youth Taking Action to Implement the 2030 Agenda,

UNRISD Director Paul Ladd took part in a High-Level Dialogue on the Role of Youth in the Implementation of the 2030 Agenda along with the Maldives’ State Minister for Youth Ghassan Maumoon.
